Ireland Lotto: Two Irish players win huge prizes after tonight’s grand prize draw

Irish Lotto players were urged to check their tickets this evening as two people took home huge prizes after tonight’s €19 million draw.

Although there is no record-breaking jackpot winner – which has been rolling around for months now – two lucky punters have taken home €384,261.

Tonight’s winning numbers were 6, 7, 14, 22, 32, 46 with the bonus number 47.

In total, more than 136,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus raffles, including 30 people who matched 5 numbers to win €1601.

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 raffle, as the first prize was 1 million euros.

However, one player got 2,500 euros in the Lotto Plus 2 draw after matching five numbers and the bonus.

The winning numbers in this drawing were 4, 18, 23, 26, 40, 46, with an additional number 10.

Players will once again have a chance to grab the staggering amount this Saturday, with plenty of chances to win big amid the new rules.

Due to the huge jackpot, no additional money can be added until it has been won.

The money that normally goes to the grand prize will instead be distributed to the next prize category where there are winners.

For example, if there is a Match 5 + Bonus category winner or winners, the additional money will be allocated to that category.

Ahead of Saturday’s lottery draw, National Lottery officials are encouraging players to buy their tickets early as the massive demand for tickets continues.

Tickets must be purchased before the 7.45pm lotto sales deadline this Saturday.
