A spokesperson for the National Lottery has asked all winners to contact the prize claims team.
They said: “It’s been a big week for the Match 5 Lotto winners this week. We saw 36 players from 16 provinces take advantage of the Enhanced Match Level 5 Prize Fund in last Saturday’s draw who won €22,778 each.
On Wednesday night, 17 other players got the same luck after matching 5 numbers in the midweek draw to win €40,224 each.
As the jackpot remained capped, the additional money that would normally have gone into the jackpot was instead distributed to the next winning prize category with a winner and in both drawings, this was the fifth matching category.
“We advise all winners of Match 5 of the past two draws to contact our Prize Claims team at 1800666222 or send an email to [email protected] and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.”
